Server Connection Troubleshooting

To get your server back online, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure the Salon Iris server computer is running and connected to the Internet.
  2. Check to see if Salon Iris is up to date.
    • Within Salon Iris, go to the Help drop-down menu and select Check for Update
    • If an update is available for Salon Iris, follow the prompts to finish the update. It should take just a few minutes to complete.
